Our application deadline for Nerdfaire Con is September 1st, 2022 at 11:59pm PST. Once the deadline is past, all applications will be automatically moved to the waitlist. We review waitlisted applications periodically, evaluating the fit and needs of the show.

There are two available types of vendor spaces you can apply for:

One (1) Exhibitor ID sign
One (1) 8' black tablecloth
Two (2) chairs
One (1) wastebasket
Two (2) exhibitor passes (additional passes can be pre-purchased)

Table Space

10x10'

Costs $375

Includes:

One (1) Exhibitor ID sign
One (1) 8' black draped 8'x30" table
One (1) 8' black drapery for the back of the booth and 3' drapery for the sides of the booth
Two (2) chairs
One (1) wastebasket
Two (2) exhibitor passes (additional passes can be pre-purchased)
